This Privacy Policy explains how EK Reptiles ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Ball Python King (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.
a. Account information (only if you sign in). The App works as a guest with no account. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a user identifier and, depending on your choice, your email address and display name from that provider. We use this solely to identify your account and sync your game progress across devices.
b. Game data. Your in-game progress — snakes, eggs, currency (coins and gems), collection, rewards progress and settings. As a guest this is stored only on your device. If you sign in, your game data is also stored on our backend so it can be restored on a new device.
c. Profile content you provide. An optional display name and an optional profile photo (avatar), stored with your game data.
d. Purchases. In-app purchases of virtual currency ("gems") are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We (via our purchase processor) receive a transaction/receipt record to validate the purchase and credit your account.
e. Technical data for visuals. To display the correct artwork for a snake, the App sends the morph (gene) names of that snake to our image service. This request contains no personal information — only morph names.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photo-library access on device, microphone, or advertising identifiers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the App, under their respective terms:

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Guest progress is stored on your device. Account data and cloud saves are stored by our backend provider for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights — or to delete your account and associated data — contact us at edwardhsinbusiness@gmail.com. You can also play entirely as a guest without providing any account information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.
