Terms of Service — Ball Python King

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ball Python King (the "App"), provided by EK Reptiles ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform (Apple App Store / Google Play) from which you obtained it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.

3. Accounts

You may play as a guest. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual items and in-app purchases

• The App offers virtual currency ("gems") and other virtual items. Gems can also be earned for free through gameplay (daily rewards, tasks, milestones, discoveries).
• Virtual items have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real money or anything of real-world value.
• Purchases of gems are processed by Apple or Google and are final, except as required by the platform's refund policy or applicable law. Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google, not us.
• Virtual items are consumable and are tied to your account/device; we are not liable for loss of virtual items resulting from account deletion, uninstalling, or device changes, except as required by law.
• Randomized purchases / loot mechanics: Card packs ("gacha") yield randomly selected snakes. The probabilities are disclosed in-app on the Drop Rates screen before purchase.
• We may modify, manage, or discontinue virtual items, pricing, and the in-game economy at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate the device clock or game state to gain unearned rewards, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may take corrective action (including resetting illegitimately obtained items or suspending accounts) against such conduct.

6. User content

Any display name or profile photo you provide must not be unlawful, infringing, or offensive. You grant us a license to store and display it within the App as needed to operate the service.

7. Intellectual property

The App and all its content (other than user content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. The morph names and genetics terminology refer to real-world ball python genetics and are used descriptively.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress/virtual items will never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.
